All our products are made to order and customated to our clients’ needs and no cancellations are accepted. After you place your order our team will contact you within the next few hours to provide us your body measurements for a tailor made coat. So, our team ensures you that the garment you have ordered will be double-checked as far as the size and the measurements in general.
In case of wrong size, you have the right to return and exchange the product and shipping costs will be charged to you. All you have to do, after you have received the item, is to inform us within 3 days and ship it back within 14 days.
As far as the garments that have been ordered as a special order, return is not accepted and there is no refund.
Once you meet the above critiria you can fill up the product return form and we will contact with you as soon as possible
