How to Take Body Measurements for Perfect Fit

Shopifur includes also, beneath others, a very experienced designing team. At the following guide our team will help you take accurately your body measurements for perfect fit, for a special tailored order or even just to be sure for the size you are about to choose for your new fur coat.

You will just need a tape measure, and it is highly recommended that you are not wearing wide or thick clothes like jeans or sweatshirt for example. A tight-fitting clothing is fine including your bra.

The tape measure should not be too tight during its circumference on your body. It should not be pressing your skin towards the inside at any point.

1. Starting from your bust, measure the fullest part of it wearing your bra.
2. Then your waist. You can easily find your waistline by bending your body to the left or right. Your waist is exactly where your body bends and also this is the exact point to take the measurement.
3. Moving on to your hips, measure the fullest part of them.
4. For sleeve length, start measuring from your neck, across your shoulder, and all the way down to your wrist. We can also discuss the exact length you would like for your sleeve.
5. For bicep, find exactly the middle point of your shoulder and elbow.
6. Then, an optional measurement but always useful for our team, the shoulder to shoulder measurement. Measure from the top of the arm (find the bone at the shoulder) to the opposite side on the other shoulder.

You can type the measurements you just took right below the size choice in cm or inches, before putting the item into the cart.
